Library TruDigital Player Access Issue

If the Library ever calls up stating that their digital signage is not working, then please do the following:

 

1. Go to the Server Closet in the bottom floor of Sakac Hall, the one located to the left of the elevators near the end of the hall.

2. Once there, look for a Zvp810 box labelled "LIBRARY SIGNAGE 40.1 192.168.3.251".

3. If the digital readout on the box is showing MSMC with a green dot next to a yellow line, then the box is not the problem, and the issue should be reported to PRIVATEL

4. If the digital readout on the box is showing MSMC with a red dot next to a red line, then you must unplug the box and plug it back in. If the line still remains red, then also reseat the Ethernet cable.

 

You'll know it's working again when the digital readout on the box is showing MSMC with a green dot next to a yellow line.
