Exchange Outlook Mail Trouble Shooting

If mail is not being delievered, or it is to some users and not others(round robin scenario):
1.  use NMAP to determine if the correct services, especially https(443) are running on both hub2010a and hub2010b. 

2.  Reboot one or both if need be.  Reboot both Hubs before the Mailboxes.
