Keeping Your Student Account After Graduation

The process for keeping your student account after graduation, along with the email that comes with it, is a rather straightforward one. All you must do, is log into your account a few times a year, whilst also remembering to change your password when it expires. (This occurs every 6 months after renewal)


If you forget to access your account, or you have forgotten your username and password, then the process for reactivation is as follows:


You must fill out an Alumni ID Request Form ( and once you have done so, you must then send it to Alumni Affairs. ( They will then reach out to you and provide you with your ID number, along with a new ID card.


From there, you would then reset your password and recieve your username by doing the following:

- Visit the following address:
- Click the "I Forgot my password or username or my password has expired" link
- Enter your ID number
- You will receive a password recovery email, please follow the link inside of it (also check your junk / spam folders if you do not see it)
- Set a new password when the prompt box appears (at least 8 characters, does not include your name, includes an upper case, lowercase, and a number)
- Visit the portal
- Click "Sign In" and log in with your credentials
