Add a Recovery Email to Jenzabar

As of the writing of this article, we are not allowed to change recovery emails.  This is information to assist us when working with new HR folks.

 

• Click “name search,” call up name

• Click “name” button

• Click “address” tab

• Right click on any neutral space, add row

• Add a recovery email. 

      If one is in place, it’s necessary to “delete row” the REML first. There can only be one REML per record

• Make sure “e-mail” box is checked, enter the email

• save the record
