Too Many Exchange Accounts - Iphone

When a user has trouble adding their exchange account to their iphone then following the steps below may help.  This has not been tested with Android as of the writing of this article.

 

1. Have the user log into exchange.msmc.edu

2. Go to Options >> See All Options

3. Go to Phone

4. Go to Mobile Phones

5. If the user has 9 devices with their accounts attached to them start deleting the unneeded ones. 

It is good to note that if a user is having this issue they have gotten rid of an old device for a new one (Such as upgrading their cellphone)

6. Try adding the account like normal and it should go through.
