LanSchool Not Appearing on Instructors Station

If a teacher calls and says that LanSchool is missing from one of the computer labs then try the following steps below to get it back up and running.

(After confirming if the room has LanSchool with Systems)

 

1. On the keyboard hit, CTRL+ALT+DEL

2. Click on the option "Task Manager"

3. Under processes look for "teacher.exe"

4. Hit DEL or "end task" to close the application

5. From the start menu search for LanSchool

6. Restart the application and the icon will appear in the tray on the bottom right hand side of the screen
