Faculty and Staff Resources Using Wrong Email

This is a fairly common error that you may run into when trying to access anything under the Resources tab on the MSMC Portal.  The error may be similar to the one below.

This occurs because your browser is trying to access those Mount resources with a different gmail account/your full time MSMC account (

Those links are linked to Google sites which host the various information you are trying to find.

Follow the steps below to access these resources:

1.  Choose "Switch accounts"

2.  When prompted use your MSMC Gmail account.  This account ends in  


3.  If you are already logged onto the Portal then you will be redirected to the oringal page you wanted.


If you are unsure of what your Mount Gmail is then please contact the Support Center at 845-569-3491 to get that information.
