Annual Report FAQ

Annual Report notes:

  • Do not use Internet Explorer
  • Do not use back button
  • Authorization/permissions – call Mike
  • Must have JavaScript enabled
  • Link will be on portal: “Faculty and Staff Resources” on the “Forms/Links” tab
  • If data is not there from last year, call Mike
  • Do not have to complete the annual report in one sitting
  • If cutting and pasting into the boxes, formatting will be lost
  • Limit of 6000 characters per box.  If need more, upload a file as an attachment at the end of the report
  • If session expires, what they entered will be saved
  • If need to upload a document again, let Ryan know
  • “Assessment of Resources” survey – only do once.  If need to redo it, let Ryan know.
  • Finalize – marks document as “read only” – call Ryan if there is a problem
