Portal: Clear Browsers

If you are still having trouble signing into the portal:

If you have
as a favorite in your browser, you will
have to clean out the cookies! Please
follow the following instructions for the browser(s) you use:

Internet Explorer:

  • Close all Internet Explorer windows you
    may have open
  • Open Internet Explorer and browse to any
    page EXCEPT
  • Go to tools on the right side of the toolbar
  • Then  go to Internet
  • Under Browsing History, click the Delete button
  • Un-click
